GENERAL INFORMATION, SCOPE AND PROMOTER

Welcome to Monnalisa Fun, the exclusive loyalty program designed by Monnalisa S.p.A. to reward your passion for style and excellence. By participating in the program, you will enter a world of tailor-made privileges, reserved discounts, and luxury services. Points are not convertible into prizes but grant access to privileges dedicated to various levels.

1. THE HEART OF THE PROGRAM

These regulations govern the terms and conditions of participation. Joining implies full acceptance of every clause reported herein.

  • Promoter: Monnalisa S.p.A., Via Madame Curie, 7 - 52100 Arezzo (AR), Italy.
  • Scope of Validity: The program is international and is active at directly managed monobrand boutiques and on the official website www.monnalisa.com.

2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

Joining the program is the first step towards a superior shopping experience:

  • Method: You can register online on the official website or at our participating boutiques (Monnalisa Roma, Monnalisa Firenze, Monnalisa Milano, Monnalisa Forte dei Marmi, Monnalisa Sicilia Outlet, Monnalisa Marcianise Outlet, Monnalisa Arezzo Factory Outlet, Monnalisa Outlet San Marino, Monnalisa Fidenza Outlet, Monnalisa Serravalle Outlet). For in-store registration, you will receive a confirmation email (double opt-in) to activate your benefits.
  • Requirements: Participation is reserved for adult natural persons acting for personal purposes. Registration for resellers or industry professionals is prohibited.
  • Uniqueness: Each customer can hold only one personal and non-transferable account.
  • Synchronization: To ensure correct synchronization of points and levels between in-store and online purchases, the Holder must use the same email address.

3. LEVELS, DURATION AND BENEFITS

Every purchase ignites your style and accumulates value:

  • The new standard: Starting today, you earn 1 F Point for every 1 € spent. Purchases of an amount equal to or less than 0.99 € do not entitle you to any points.
  • Welcome Bonus Points: Complete your profile in the "My Account" section by entering your name, surname, your own date of birth, and that of one or more kids to immediately receive 100 F Points. Providing children's data is optional and is requested exclusively for access to dedicated benefits.
  • Credit timing:
    • In Boutique: Points will be visible within 48 hours.
    • Online: Points are credited within 40 days from order shipment, net of any returns.
  • Returns Management: In case of a return, the accumulated points will be deducted.
  • Point calculation occurs at the individual item level and, in the presence of decimals, is rounded down. For example, a purchase consisting of one item at 299.99 € and one at 150.50 € generates a total of 450 F Points.
  • Monnalisa may activate promotions with point multipliers (e.g., x2), applicable to specific periods, products, or channels. These multipliers are not cumulative and, in the presence of multiple promotions, the most advantageous one will be applied. All promotions follow the CET time zone.
  • In case of a return, previously credited points are automatically deducted. If the balance is insufficient, it may become negative. Returns do not result in the loss of the achieved level.
  • For purchases made in currencies other than the Euro, points are calculated based on the conversion applied by the site: 1USD= 0.932 €; 1£= 1.133 €; 1HKD= 0.119 €; 1TWD= 0.0306; 1RUB= 0.0125 €. Any changes to the shipping country may affect the number of points accumulated.
  • Accumulated points have no expiration, no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be assigned. Monnalisa reserves the right to perform checks and revoke points in case of use not compliant with the Program.
  • ACTIVITY RULE (Balance Maintenance): To reward continuous loyalty, customers who do not make any confirmed purchase (online or offline) for a period of 18 months will undergo an automatic deduction of 2,000 F Points from their balance.

4. PRIVILEGE LEVELS (TIERS)

Monnalisa FUN is divided into four exclusive levels. Your position depends on the points accumulated.

FAMILY (0 – 499 F)

  • Welcome Bonus: 10% discount on the first purchase in-store, or online after registration (12-month validity).
  • Kids Birthday: 20% discount usable on a day of your choice during the child's birthday week, online or in-store.
  • Exclusive Offers: Early access to offers dedicated to your FAMILY level.
  • Home Delivery: Free home delivery for in-store purchases with a minimum spend of 500€.
  • 2NDACT Dedicated Offers: Early access to 2NDACT offers dedicated to your FAMILY level.
  • Free Returns: Free returns for every purchase made online or in-store.

FLOWER (500 – 2499 F)

  • Upgrade Bonus: 15% discount on one purchase in-store or online after registration (12-month validity).
  • Kids Birthday: 25% discount usable on a day of your choice during the child's birthday week, online or in-store.
  • Exclusive Offers: Early access to offers dedicated to your FLOWER level.
  • Home Delivery: Free home delivery for in-store purchases with a minimum spend of 300€.
  • 2NDACT Dedicated Offers: Early access to 2NDACT offers dedicated to your FLOWER level.
  • Extended Free Returns: 30 days to request a free return for all online orders and in-store purchases.

FAIRYTALE (2,500 – 4,999 F)

  • Upgrade Bonus: 20% discount on one purchase in-store or online (12-month validity).
  • Kids Birthday: 25% discount usable on a day of your choice during the child's birthday week, online or in-store.
  • Exclusive Offers: Access to offers dedicated to your FAIRYTALE level.
  • Home Delivery: Free home delivery for in-store purchases with a minimum spend of 200€.
  • 2NDACT Dedicated Offers: Early access to 2NDACT offers dedicated to your FAIRYTALE level.
  • Extended Free Returns: 30-day returns for all online orders.
  • Dedicated Gift: A surprise dedicated to your FAIRYTALE level once a year.

FASHION (over 5,000 F)

  • Upgrade Bonus: 25% discount on one purchase in-store or online after registration (12-month validity).
  • Kids Birthday: 25% discount usable on a day of your choice during the child's birthday week, online or in-store.
  • Exclusive Offers: Access to offers dedicated to your FASHION level.
  • Free Shipping: Free delivery online and in-store.
  • 2NDACT Dedicated Offers: Early access to 2NDACT offers dedicated to your FASHION level.
  • Extended Free Returns: 100-day returns for all online orders and in-store purchases.
  • Birthday Gift: Celebrate your birthday month with a 100 € voucher (Fun lover).
  • Dedicated Gift: A surprise dedicated to your FASHION level once a year.
  • Free Packaging: Our exclusive Monnalisa signature packaging, free both online and in-store for purchases that include it.
  • Personal Shopper: Free style consultation and advice with our personal shoppers at dedicated times during the year.

Additional benefits may include participation in special initiatives, exclusive events, and dedicated promotions, particularly for higher levels.

5. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

The Data Controller processes the personal data of the Data Subject for purposes related to the execution of the contract with Monnalisa S.p.A.

Participation is reserved exclusively for adult natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to a commercial activity. Resellers, distributors, and industry professionals are not permitted to register for the Program, even on behalf of their own customers. Each customer may hold only one account.

The Program is void where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply in cases provided for by applicable legislation. Monnalisa S.p.A. assumes no responsibility for users who, by participating in the Program, violate the laws or regulations of their own State or Country.

With reference to the data of minors, entering the birth date of children is optional and exclusively intended for the provision of benefits related to the "Birthday Coupon Kids." This data will not be subject to invasive commercial profiling, will not be shared with third parties, and will be processed with adequate security measures. The Holder may request its erasure at any time.

Personal data is processed:

A) Without the express consent of the Data Subject (Art. 6, par. 1, letter b of the GDPR), for the following Purposes:

  • To execute a contract to which the Data Subject is a party or to execute pre-contractual measures adopted at their request;
  • To communicate data to subjects, entities, or authorities to whom communication is mandatory by law or by order of the authorities;
  • To exercise the rights of the Data Controller, such as the right of defense in court.

B) Only with the specific and distinct consent of the Data Subject (Art. 6, par. 1, letter a of the GDPR), for the following Purposes:

  • To send via email, post, and/or SMS, and/or telephone contacts, and/or Instant Messaging tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger), newsletters, commercial communications, and/or advertising material about products or services offered by the Data Controller, and to conduct surveys on service quality satisfaction;
  • To send commercial and/or promotional communications from third parties via the aforementioned channels;
  • To send communications regarding in-store or corporate events.

Failure to provide consent will result in the inability to carry out the aforementioned activities. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered (incorrect email address = failure to receive benefits).

For the purposes mentioned in point B), you may withdraw your consent at any time. The user may exercise their rights and modify the consents provided at any time, according to the methods indicated in the privacy policy.

6. WITHDRAWAL AND AMENDMENTS

  • Flexibility: You can withdraw from the program at any time through your online account, in-store, or by sending an email to customercare@monnalisa.com.
  • Monnalisa may suspend or close the Holder's account in the event of fraudulent use or non-compliance with the regulations, as well as revoke points or benefits in case of abuse. Commercial use of the Program is expressly prohibited.
  • Monnalisa is not responsible for any damages resulting from technical malfunctions, network issues, devices, or unauthorized access. Participation in the Program implies acceptance of these limitations of liability.
  • Amendments: Monnalisa reserves the right to modify or suspend the program with 30 days' notice.
  • Responsibility: Monnalisa is not liable for technical malfunctions or unauthorized access to your account. In case of disputes, the Italian version of the regulations shall prevail.
