Monnalisa delivers all over the world by UPS, DHL and SDA couriers.

To ensure an easy and pleasant shopping experience, for all countries, customs fees and duties are already included in the final price without any further charge. No more unexpected costs on delivery, just the pleasure and convenience of receiving everything at home!

During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You can choose to have your order delivered to the address you wish, or with the Click & Collect option, decide to have it delivered for free to the nearest Monnalisa boutique (outlets are excluded). During the check out you will be able to find out in which boutiques the service is active.

1. Shipping methods and costs

Below you can find the shipping options and related costs (estimated transit time after dispatch):

• Standard: € 5 (2-6 working days); FREE for orders over € 500

- Europe - European Union - Standard Shipping: 2-6 working days depending on the destination;

- USA: 1-2 working days depending on the destination;

- Canada: 1-3 working days depending on the destination;

- Latin America: 3-4 working days;

- Asia: 2-4 working days;

- Middle East: 2-4 working days;

- Africa: 2-4 working days

- Russian Federation:3-4 working days (DHL) / about 10 working days (EMS Russian Post).

Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days following order completion.

In case of products “available in stores", the shipment may be delayed by a few days.

All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

Besides, shipments outside the European Union, are made in DDP service (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning all import taxes are included in the final price of the product (there may be excluded countries due to their national regulation and the impossibility to apply the service).

If, however, for some reason the delivery is refused or the customer becomes untraceable, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

MONNALISA will do its best to ensure delivery within the scheduled time, but cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs operations, verification, or causes of force majeure beyond its control.

Important: In the event that the shipment is not delivered twice but returns to the sender, Monnalisa will no longer accept further orders.


2. Click&Collect

This delivery option allows you to deliver your purchase for free in the closest Monnalisa store (outlets are excluded). During check out will be possible to see in which boutiques the service is active.

If you have confirmed the order selecting cash on delivery as payment option, you will not be able to choose the Click&Collect service.

You have 14 working days to collect your order. Any order that is not collected within that time, will be considered rejected and shipped back to us.

The person indicated on the site monnalisa.com as in charge to collect the order must show a valid identity document and sign for the receipt.


3. Gift packaging

During check-out, it will be possible to select our exclusive gift package MONNALISA free of charge, which will include our signed envelope, ribbon and wrapping paper.


4. Important shipping information

Please consider the following information:

- For security reasons, all purchases made on monnnalisa.com will require the signature of the Customer or of an adult on his behalf;

- We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipping. Therefore, please ensure you provide an address where you can be contacted at the time of delivery based on the scheduled delivery;

- The courier do not deliver to PO boxes or postal codes without a specified address;

If you are not available at the delivery moment, the courier, depending on the area, will proceed with one of the following solutions:

- will deposit a notice of passage near the bell or your mailbox, and will make a total of three delivery attempts in 3 consecutive working days;

- will deposit your order to an authorized collection center: also in this case the courier will leave a notice with the shipment details;

- once the term has expired, your order will be returned to us and the order will be treated as a rejected.


5. Follow your order

When the order is handled to the courier you will receive an e-mail containing the shipping number and the instructions to track the progresses. Delivery days may change depending on the type of shipment selected during the order.

It is also possible to check the status of your order in the My Orders section.

We advise you to check the status of your shipment frequently: in your absence, you may not immediately notice the transit notice or, for various reasons, the courier may not be able to locate the right address.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by MONNALISA.

To ensure that the shipping costs are accurate, we recommend that you select the shipping country while you browse our site.


6. When do we deliver?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during the opening hours of offices. It is not possible to book a delivery at specific times.

The courier do not deliver during the public holidays and also the day before.


7. Cash on delivery shipments

The maximum threshold for the cash on delivery payment is $ 5,000 per recipient per day.

In the following countries the limits are the following:

Portugal - 1.000 €

Spain - 2.499,99 €

Belgium - 3.000 €

Italy - 1.999 €

Sweden - 3.000 SEK

Romania - 10.000 RON

Poland - 4.318,09 €

France, Monaco - 750 €

If the currency of the destination country differs from the one in the waybill, the conversion rate will be determined by UPS.

Important: If the shipment is not delivered twice and returns to the sender, Monnalisa will no longer accept future orders.


8. Insurance

Please note that we will ensure every order, until it is delivered to you. We request a signature for each product delivered, and once is accepted, the goods are no longer insured. If you have not received your package (for example in case of a gift) then the person who signed confirms the delivery and is responsible for the package.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the warranty seal is not intact, customers are asked to sign subject to checking/verification or to refuse delivery. If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering of the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact MONNALISA at customercare@monnalisa.com. If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing, the packaging must be kept for further investigation.


9. Shipments to Russian Federation

Due to customs legislation, there may be limitations on orders coming from abroad.

- These limitations are not applied to deliveries to Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Krasnodar, Rostov on Don, Khabarovsk, Murmansk, Samara, Togliatti and other major cities;

- For Volgograd, Bryansk, Kaluga, Yaroslavl, Stavropol and Sochi the maximum value of the products that can be purchased per month is € 1000;

To verify that your city is not subject to limitations, you can contact our Customer Service.

The amount of duties / taxes is based on the total invoice:

- Less than 200 euros - no duty and no DHL commission (brokerage fee);

- Major 200 euros - 15% duty for the part exceeding 200 euros; DHL commission (brokerage fee) 1135 rubles (about 16 EUR - subject to the fluctuation of the EUR / RUB exchange rate) + 18% VAT.

The Russian customer must provide a copy of the passport at the request of the courier to be presented at the moment of customs clearance.

In the order confirmation, the customer expressly accepts the delivery terms provided at art. 54 Consumer Code.
