Quality control is applied to returned items.

Products must be returned with their tags and labels intact, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them differently than necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

MONNALISA does not reimburse any shipping expenses incurred during the purchase, as well as any additional expenses related to the "Cash on Delivery" payment method.

The delivery of goods is insured free of charge against theft or accidental damage.
