* Please note that in case of an order of less than 20000 rubles or in case of a complete refusal of the order, the cost of the delivery is calculated according to the tariff when ordering up to 20000p.

Delivery in Moscow and Moscow Region up to 40 km from MKAD

- Orders issued before 19.00 are delivered within 4 days, taking into account the date of ordering, provided the availability of goods. This rule does not apply to the delivery of orders to the regions of Russia.

- Delivery of the goods is carried out only after preliminary payment.

- Prepayment is done by bank card according to QR code.

Delivery in Russia and CIS

The order cannot be changed after it has been issued and sent. Orders placed separately are also sent separately.

MONNALISA takes all possible measures to ensure courier delivery within the time specified in the order confirmation, but is not responsible for any delays due to reasons beyond its control.

MONNALISA can use any courier service or its own courier to deliver.

If for some reason the delivery is refused or the customer cannot be found, the courier can return the goods to MONNALISA.

If the order is returned, MONNALISA may have to pay additional courier costs for the refund. MONNALISA will recover such costs from the customer by deducting the appropriate amount from any refund due to the customer.

In addition, there is no possibility of delivery to PO boxes or indices without a specific address.

Important: If the order is not delivered twice but returned to the sender, Monnalisa will no longer accept further orders.

Please consider the following information:

- For security reasons, all purchases made on monnnalisa.com require the signature of the Client or an adult on his behalf;

- We can’t reroute orders to another address after delivery. Therefore, please make sure that you provide an address to contact you at the time of delivery based on planned delivery;

- It's not possibile to deliver to mailbox or index number without a specific address.

At the time of delivery, the courier, depending on the area, will perform one of the following solutions:

- will leave a notification of passing near the bell or mailbox, and will make a total of three delivery attempts within 3 consecutive working days;

- will place your order at the authorized collection center: also in this case, the courier will leave a notice with the details of the shipment;

-as soon as the deadline expires, your order will be returned to us and the order will be considered as rejected.

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during office hours. It is not possible to order delivery at a certain time.

The courier does not deliver on holidays or the day before.

Please note that every order on the way is insured prior to delivery. We require a signature for each delivered product, after which the insurance expires. If it is not you who received your parcel (for example, in the case of a gift), the person who signed for the confirmation of delivery and is responsible for the parcel.

If for any reason the package is damaged or the seals are not intact, customers are asked to sign the inspect of the package upon delvery or refuse it. If delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of package forgery, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact MONNALISA at shop.leninsky@monnalisarus.ru. If the package is damaged or a part of the cargo is missing, the package should be stored for further examination.

When the order is despatched, you will receive an email containing the delivery number and instructions for tracking progress. Delivery days may vary depending on the type of delivery chosen during the order.

We encourage you to check your order status frequently: in your absence, you cannot immediately notice the transit notice or, for various reasons, the courier may not be able to find the correct address.

In case of delay due to the customs authorities, the courier will contact the customer directly or via MONNALISA.
