If an item do not satisfy you, is possible to return it within 14 days from the moment it was delivered to you.

The items must be returned intact and in the same conditions as they were received, provided with the tags indicating the bar code and any other seal that is part of the product.

If you are a registered customer, you can request a return directly from the My Orders page, in your MONNALISA account. Click on "Request a return", indicating the item(s) you wish to return, the quantity and the reason. Then, select "Proceed".

If you purchased as a guest, you can make the return request directly from the Orders&Returns Guest page. Click on "Request a return", indicating the item(s) you wish to return, the quantity and the reason. Then, select "Proceed".

Once the request is completed, Monnalisa will send you a confirmation by e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number and the instructions to follow to return the goods.

Returns are to be organised at the expense of the buyer.

Please return the items in their original condition: the garments must not have been worn, washed, altered or with any signs of use, each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, plus its original packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. All the documents confirming the purchase also need be added .

• the goods have to be returned in the same box they were shipped in, a receipt of the payment, the invoice and the return form with passport details and personal signature have to be attached to the ox. When sending a parcel, it is necessary to provide to the post office an inventory of the things inside the box. Without a description of the order, packaging claims are not accepted.

The refund will be made after receiving the parcel and checking the condition of the goods returned.

The refund will be issued within 5-30 working days (the terms depend on the bank that issued your bank card).

When paying with a credit card, the refund can only be made on the credit card with which the order was paid within 30 days.

The money can be returned only in the way they were paid.
