Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The preparation requires from 24 to 72 hours starting from the first working day after the order confirmation.

Standard delivery takes about 2-4 working days (5-6 working days in selected countries).

Orders placed after December 16th will be shipped. However, delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed.

However, during the sales period and public holidays the preparation and shipping processing times may be longer.
